These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the design subscription services provided by Indev, obrt za digitalne djelatnosti ("we", "us", or "Blackgrid") through the website blackgrid.io and our associated Trello boards. By subscribing to or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. SERVICE OVERVIEW

Blackgrid is a design-on-subscription service delivering async design work for startups, marketers, and fast-moving teams. Clients request work through a shared Trello board. Tasks are completed one-by-one (or two-at-a-time depending on the subscription plan).We do not guarantee business outcomes, but we provide high-quality design output and, when applicable, Webflow development.

3. SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING

All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Clients on the Core and Essential plans are eligible for a 14-day free trial, limited to one active task and up to two users. A valid payment method must be provided to begin the trial, but no charges will be made if the subscription is canceled before the trial ends. Once the trial expires, the monthly fee will be charged automatically. No refunds are provided after billing has occurred. Clients may cancel their subscription at any time through Stripe’s billing portal.

4. TASK LIMITS & DELIVERY

Clients may submit unlimited tasks under any plan. The number of active tasks worked on simultaneously depends on the plan: Core and Essential plans allow 1 active task at a time, with the option to upgrade to 2, while the Complete plan also starts with 1 active task, with the same upgrade option. Enterprise clients may run unlimited active tasks in parallel. On average, each task is delivered within 48 hours, though timelines may vary depending on task complexity, responsiveness to revisions, and the overall task queue.

5. ACCEPTED WORK TASKS

Clients may request design tasks according to the services included in their selected plan. The Core Plan covers graphic design tasks such as logo design, brand design, slide decks, social media design, print design, email design, icon design, and ad design. The Essential Plan includes all Core services and further extends to web design, UI/UX design, and app design. The Complete Plan provides access to all Essential services together with Framer development. The Enterprise Plan grants access to all listed services, including unlimited parallel tasks, with full creative coverage. Custom design tasks may be considered on request, but Blackgrid reserves the right to decline any requests that fall outside the defined scope of services at its sole discretion.

6. REVISIONS & REFUNDS

All subscriptions include unlimited revisions until the client is fully satisfied with the final deliverable. No refunds are issued for completed work. Clients on the Core and Essential plans may begin with a 14-day free trial; if the subscription is canceled before the trial ends, no charge will be made. Once the trial period has expired, all payments are non-refundable. The Complete and Enterprise plans do not include a trial period, and payments for these plans are non-refundable.

7. OWNERSHIP & USAGE RIGHTS

All final deliverables are the exclusive property of the client. You may use, edit, resell, or distribute the work without limitations. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.

8. CONDUCT & ABUSE

Clients are expected to maintain respectful communication and provide timely responses to clarification requests. Abusive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Extended unresponsiveness or repeated failure to provide necessary input may delay delivery and can result in a formal warning. If such conduct continues after a warning, Blackgrid reserves the right to suspend or terminate the subscription without refund.

9. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for submitting clear briefs using the structure provided on Trello cards. Blackgrid is not responsible for delays caused by vague or incomplete briefs, missing feedback, or third-party delays. You must ensure that submitted materials (logos, assets, content) do not violate third-party rights.

10. DATA & PRIVACY

We collect and process limited personal data to operate the service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy & GDPR Statement

11. TERMINATION

You may cancel your subscription anytime. We reserve the right to terminate any subscription that violates these Terms.

12. LEGAL JURISDICTION
