These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the design subscription services provided by Indev, obrt za digitalne djelatnosti ("we", "us", or "Blackgrid") through the website blackgrid.io and our associated Trello boards. By subscribing to or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. SERVICE OVERVIEW

Blackgrid is a design-on-subscription service delivering async design work for startups, marketers, and fast-moving teams. Clients request work through a shared Trello board. Tasks are completed one-by-one (or two-at-a-time depending on the subscription plan).We do not guarantee business outcomes, but we provide high-quality design output and, when applicable, Webflow development.

3. SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING

All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Clients must pay the full monthly fee before any work begins. There is no free trial, but new subscribers may request a refund of 75% within the first 7 days, provided this was agreed to during the onboarding call. No refunds are issued after the first 7 days or for any completed work. Clients may cancel their subscription at any time via Stripe’s billing portal.

4. TASK LIMITS & DELIVERY

Clients may submit unlimited tasks but we work on 1 active task at a time on the "One-by-one" plan & 2 active tasks at a time on the "Double-Time" plan. We aim to deliver within 48 hours on average, but timelines may vary depending on the task complexity, responsiveness, and queue volume.

5. ACCEPTED WORK TYPES

We accept requests for: Web design, Webflow development, UI/UX design, Brand design, Logo design, Social media graphics, Slide decks, Email design, Ad creatives, Print designIcon design, Custom design tasks (as approved). We reserve the right to decline any requests that fall outside our scope of work, at our sole discretion.

6. REVISIONS & REFUNDS

Unlimited revisions are included until the client is satisfied. No refunds are provided for completed work. Due to the high-quality nature of our service, no refunds are issued beyond the first 7 days, unless otherwise agreed.

7. OWNERSHIP & USAGE RIGHTS

All final deliverables are the exclusive property of the client. You may use, edit, resell, or distribute the work without limitations. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.

8. CONDUCT & ABUSE

Clients must communicate respectfully and respond to clarification requests. Abusive behavior, extended unresponsiveness, or persistent failure to collaborate may result in a formal warning. Continued violations may result in account termination without refund.

9. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for submitting clear briefs using the structure provided on Trello cards. Blackgrid is not responsible for delays caused by vague or incomplete briefs, missing feedback, or third-party delays. You must ensure that submitted materials (logos, assets, content) do not violate third-party rights.

We collect and process limited personal data to operate the service. Please refer to our

You may cancel your subscription anytime. We reserve the right to terminate any subscription that violates these Terms.

12. LEGAL JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia and applicable laws of the European Union. Any disputes arising out of this agreement will be resolved under Croatian jurisdiction.

HOW FAST WILL I RECEIVE MY DESIGNS?

ON AVERAGE, MOST REQUESTS ARE COMPLETED IN JUST TWO DAYS OR LESS. HOWEVER, MORE COMPLEX REQUESTS CAN TAKE LONGER.

HOW DOES ONBOARDING WORK?

SUBSCRIBE TO A PLAN AND WE'LL QUICKLY ADD YOU TO YOUR VERY OWN TRELLO BOARD. THIS PROCESS USUALLY TAKES ABOUT AN HOUR TO COMPLETE FROM THE TIME YOU SUBSCRIBE. ONCE YOU ACCEPT THE INVITE TO TRELLO, YOU'RE READY TO ROCK.

FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE THE TRELLO BOARD TO REQUEST DESIGNS CAN BE FOUND ON THE BOARD ITSELF.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY REQUESTS I CAN MAKE?

ONCE SUBSCRIBED, YOU'RE ABLE TO ADD AS MANY DESIGN REQUESTS TO YOUR QUEUE AS YOU'D LIKE, AND THEY WILL BE DELIVERED ONE BY ONE.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE LARGER REQUESTS?

LARGER REQUESTS ARE BROKEN DOWN ON OUR END. THIS APPLIES TO FULL-SCALE WEBSITE OR MOBILE APP DESIGNS, UI/UX WORK, ETC. YOU SHOULD EXPECT TO RECEIVE A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF WORK EVERY 24-48 HOURS UNTIL THE ENTIRE REQUEST IS DONE.

WHAT PROGRAMS DO YOU DESIGN IN?

MOST REQUESTS ARE DESIGNED USING FIGMA.

HOW DOES WEBFLOW DEVELOPMENT WORK?

MOST REQUESTS ARE WEBFLOW DEVELOPMENT IS INCLUDED WITH ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS AND IS SIMPLY TREATED AS A DESIGN REQUEST. AS LONG AS YOUR WEBSITE CAN BE SUPPORTED BY THE WEBFLOW PLATFORM, WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THE DEVELOPMENT TO ENSURE MAXIMUM FIDELITY WHEN IT COMES TO THE FINAL PRODUCT.

ONCE THE WEBSITE IS FULLY DEVELOPED, THE SITE WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO YOUR ACCOUNT, WHERE YOU WILL OWN IT FROM THAT POINT FORWARD. THEREFORE, A BLACKGRID SUBSCRIPTION IS NOT NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN YOUR WEBSITE.

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE THE DESIGN?

NO WORRIES! WE'LL CONTINUE TO REVISE THE DESIGN UNTIL YOU'RE 100% SATISFIED.

ARE THERE ANY REFUNDS?

DUE TO THE HIGH QUALITY NATURE OF THE WORK, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED PAST THE FIRST WEEK OF SERVICE. HOWEVER, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR COMPLETED WORK.

CAN I USE BLACKGRID FOR JUST A MONTH?

FOR SURE. WHETHER YOU NEED BLACKGRID FOR A MONTH OR A YEAR, THE CHOICE IS YOURS. JUST FEEL FREE TO COME BACK WHEN YOU HAVE ADDITIONAL DESIGN NEEDS.
